- Dean Edge Hammer electric bass:
5-string, nice oil finish (got some bumps by now, though). I love the playability, however I am not quite content with the sound anymore. Need a Jazzbass and a Preci as well...
Explorer-shaped, white with black outlines and Zebra-Pickups - just awesome! Very smooth sound, great warmth for crunch sounds. I will need a Telecaster someday, though.
- Yamaha CPX-700 acoustic guitar
Bought it because it has a smaller body than the usual jumbo guitars and so is just great to play. Of course the tone is not quite as powerful then, but I don't need that anyway. The built in piezo system misses the extremely annoying high end these things tend to have. Sounds great.
My first guitar. Love it, obviously, but the electronics have died years ago, so it just hangs on my wall. Covered with all sorts of stickers, of course.
I bought this one for about a hundred bucks when an old bass of mine kicked it just before some gigs. Maybe the crappiest thing that has ever been called an instrument, so I did a little "customization" regarding the paint job (photo on the right) and put it on the wall as well.
